When designing the self-service payment terminal, we faced several key challenges. First, the terminal had to be convenient and intuitive so that customers who had never used a machine before could easily complete the payment process. Second, customers are increasingly demanding speedy payment, especially during peak hours, and fast receipt printing can greatly enhance customer satisfaction. In addition, the terminals should not be a visual obstacle to the parking lot or the surrounding environment; they need to coexist harmoniously with the surroundings without disturbing other customers in the parking lot or pedestrians.
