- LOTUS kiosk comes with two installation modes for different site requirements. Wall‑mounted version occupies zero floor area, perfect for small‑size restaurants, pickup counters and limited‑space outlets.
- Freestanding configuration adopts solid stable base, can be placed anywhere in dining area without wall modification. Operators can adjust deployment solution according to store renovation and passenger flow distribution.
High‑Performance Interactive Touch Display
Available in 23.8‑inch and 27‑inch vertical FHD 1920*1080 screen. Adopts projected capacitive 10‑point multi‑touch technology, touch response less than 10ms, light transmittance over 85%. Anti‑scratch tempered glass surface withstands frequent daily tapping in busy fast‑food scenarios, guaranteeing clear menu display and precise touch feedback during peak dining hours.
The kiosk assembles five key functional components in one compact cabinet. 80mm thermal receipt printer supports printing speed above 200mm/s with auto‑cutter; dual‑lens RGB+IR camera enables smart interaction; 1D/2D QR scanner for quick code reading; POS terminal supports secure card payment. Customers finish menu browsing, order submission and payment receipt output fully on this single kiosk.
