Production Process
1. Shell manufacturing: The shell is made of cold-rolled steel or high-strength plastic. Cutting, stamping, bending and other processes are processed and formed, and surface treated.
2. Electronic component assembly: In a clean workshop, technicians carefully wire and fix the electronic components to the shell.
3. Software integration and testing: Engineers will configure the vending machine's software system, including applications, payment software and network connections and perform functional tests.
4. Quality control and inspection: Every machine is subject to strict quality inspection, including visual inspection, electrical testing and functional testing to ensure that the product meets the predetermined quality standards.
