Production Process
1. Design and R&D: Confirm prototype development according to functional requirements. Determine the appearance, size, material and layout of electronic components of the terminal.
2. Shell manufacturing: The shell is made of cold-rolled steel or high-strength plastic. Cutting, stamping, bending and other processes are processed and formed, and surface treated.
3. Electronic component assembly: In a clean workshop, technicians carefully wire and fix the electronic components to the shell.
4. Software integration and testing: Engineers will configure the terminal's software system, including applications, payment software and network connections and perform functional tests.
5. Quality control and inspection: Each terminal is subject to strict quality inspection, including visual inspection, electrical testing and functional testing to ensure that the product meets the predetermined quality standards.
6. Packaging and delivery: It is packed in sturdy wooden boxes, filled with shock-absorbing filling cotton, installation guides and accessories, and shipped worldwide.
