Customized Requirements

A custom kiosk starts with your idea. We'll discuss your design requirements, product attributes, culture, application scenarios to determine what type of kiosk is right for you.

Product Rendering
Based on fully understanding of your ideas or thorough study of your drawing, our designers will provide 3D drawings to deliver a clear image of the bottle you wanted as well as logo design to highlight your brand.

3D Modeling
Once you've approved the design, our design team will provide 3D modeling documents.

Detailed Examination
During this period, we evaluate structural diagram review with the project staff, making sure details like functions and colors are right. Secondly, our project staffs need to review whether there's a conflict between the product shape and structure, the selection of materials, and whether the structural aspects conflict with the production molds, etc. Arrange sheet metal production after the review is done.

Metal Sheet Planning
This sheet metal planning is mainly based on the product structural diagram, which requires the accuracy of the product structural diagram. The dimensions of each plate, screw hole positions, etc. need to be taken into account. This process is mainly to determine the feature size of the roughcast, and how long it will take for the following procedures.

Production Process
The sheet metal is laid down by a CNC machine, cutting machine, and stamping press, then bent into the required plate shape by a CNC bending machine or ordinary bending machine and assembled into sheet metal parts by welding or riveting technique.

Power Spraying Process
After degreasing, rust removal, neutralization, phosphatization, sanding and putting processes to make the product surface flat and smooth. then spray required color on, first inside and then outside, to prevent the bottom of the dew and pile of powder and other situations, so that the product surface is uniform.
After drying, the product will be inspected by the quality control department. Check the appearance quality of the product coating, no defects such as pits and bubbles and pinholes, check the thickness of the layer.

Provide Necessary Documents
If customer need to customize driver, we need SDK instructions and test software from our customer. If it's on the CS side, statement of requirement and interface specification needs to be provided, on BS side, except requirement statement and interface specification, we still need server's settings.
Development Project
According to the requirements, our software development department will set a development project to design the overall architecture, including the interaction between various modules and data flow.
Production and validation

Develop various modules on the server side, including business logic, data storage and processing, security, etc. Implement interfaces and services on the server side to support client-side requests and data exchange. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the functionality and performance of the server-side software, then conduct system testing and performance testing to ensure normal communication and data exchange between the client side and server side.

Customer test it and if it align with the requirements and it performs as expected in practical use, then we can do acceptance.
